BASE Buddies is our group-mentoring (non 1-to-1) program where we work with the BASE Community Center in Big Sky. We work with the middle school aged students attending the after-school program who offer group mentoring to the elementary aged students who are also attending the after-school program. The middle school students get to take the lead, plan and lead activities, and offer mentorship to the younger students.
