Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Bozeman, Montana

Reports To: Board of Directors
Job Type: Full-time Bozeman MT

About the Organization

Since 1973, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Big Sky Country has served thousands of local children in Southwestern Montana. Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.
Our local agency was founded in 1973 by a dedicated group of Gallatin County residents. In our first year, we served a handful of children. In our last fiscal year, our agency served hundreds of children within our service area. Today we serve Gallatin, Madison, Park, Sweet Grass and Yellowstone Counties.
In order to keep pace with the rapid growth of our community and the increase in the needs of children and families, we must meet this ambitious goal to reach more families. This requires engaging record numbers of volunteer Bigs and raising funds to support these matches.
As the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), in communities across the country. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.
