Big Brothers Big Sisters of Big Sky Country is back in the Ennis community! After losing funding a few years ago, our office has been working hard to be able to serve this community again. We are grateful for the amazing partnerships with both Ennis High School and Ennis Elementary School that helps make this mentoring program happen.
In our Ennis school mentoring program we match high school students, our Bigs, with elementary aged students (K-5th grade), our Littles. The Bigs are able to see and spend time with their Littles once per week during the school year. During these meetups, Bigs & Littles are supervised by a BBBS staff member and participate in organized activities. These activities range from arts and craft projects, outside games, team building activities, and more. Bigs & Littles also meet during lunch and recess so they can spend additional time together.
So far for the 2025-2026 school year we have 20 matches we are supporting. We are always enrolling both Bigs & Littles and encourage anyone interested in joining to apply.

New for the 2025-2026 school year is our "Bigs-in-Training" program. In this program we are enrolling Middle School Students and matching them with an existing match. These Bigs can learn how to be a Big and also provide an additional mentor for the Little. If you know a Middle School student who might be interested in this program, they can fill out an application here.
