Lydia grew up in rural Pennsylvania, and after receiving her Bachelor's degree in nutrition, she moved to Montana in 2017 to serve with AmeriCorps. She completed her Master's of Public Health degree shortly after wrapping up her year with AmeriCorps and decided to make Montana her permanent home. Much of Lydia's previous work has focused on addressing food insecurity at the statewide and local levels, though she is always looking for new ways to serve her community. Lydia has been a mentor with the BBBS of Big Sky Country program since January 2021 and has loved the opportunity to connect and explore with her Little. She joined BBBS of Park County in August 2022 as the community-based program manager and is looking forward to facilitating many rewarding matches.
